Shipping policy

Overview
We ship worldwide with full tracking on every order. This policy explains how we process and ship your order, our delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays — orders placed Friday afternoon ship the following Monday.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping is included on every order, worldwide. Express shipping (where available) is shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
After shipping, standard delivery takes 7–20 business days depending on your region:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Latin America: 7–20 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start the day after your order ships, not the day you place it.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created — this is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost.
If you haven't received a tracking email or your tracking link isn't working, contact us at hello@vonisk.com and we'll sort it out.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes once the package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. Customs processing can also delay delivery beyond the estimates above — we have no control over this.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours at hello@vonisk.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Unexpected delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the times listed above. External factors — international customs, weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions — can cause delays we don't control.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us at hello@vonisk.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or resend it.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office.
- Wait 1–2 additional business days — packages occasionally show "delivered" before actual delivery.
- If still missing, email us at hello@vonisk.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vonisk.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it free of charge.
