Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide with full tracking on every order.
What are your processing and shipping times?
Processing time: 24–48 hours from order confirmation. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time: 7–20 business days depending on region:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Latin America: 7–20 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created — that's normal.
If you haven't received a tracking email or your tracking link isn't working, contact us at hello@vonisk.com and we'll sort it out.
What about customs and import taxes?
For international orders, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes once the package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. Customs processing can also delay delivery — we have no control over this.
What if my order is delayed?
External factors like international customs, weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions can cause delays beyond the times listed above. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at hello@vonisk.com and we'll resolve it.
