Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to order processing. If you successfully cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand by the effectiveness of our products and strongly suggest trying them for at least 14 days. If after this time you remain unsatisfied, you may return the items within 60 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipment. Items are considered damaged only if there is a clear defect or if the product itself is physically damaged. Cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify if the product inside remains undamaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by sending a clear photo of the damage to hello@vonisk.com. We will review the information and determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that items damaged through regular use, normal wear and tear, or misuse do not qualify for returns or replacements.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely deliveries, VONISK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen issues. If you encounter any shipping-related issues, please reach out directly to your courier service. VONISK cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must verify the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. If an incorrect address is used and we are not notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, you will not qualify for a refund or reshipment.
